The Fluid Nature of Language
Human creates and reconsiders the system of Language through
mutually activated, direct or indirect communication. The flexibility of
Language occurs through changes of society or technology with various
approaches by auditory or written nature of Language: small chitchat with
friends, family or coworkers, literature, lines of songs, a few words in my diary,
letters, video clips, email, messages or comments on Social media posts. Changes
of Languages by vivid communication in our contemporary era show not only
transformations of linguistic systems but shifts of people’s thoughts and
perceptions. The art pieces in this show demonstrate how the visual expression of the
infinite fluidity of language work with the continuous comments between people.

According to her bio, “She studied ceramic painting techniques at the
Tunis National Ceramic Center Sidi El Kacem in Tunisia, inspired by the ceramic
tiles design and technique often seen in traditional North African
architecture.”
Her other pieces also seem based on ceramic tiles format with abstract
and Mediterranean stylized patterns, vivid and abundant colors.

Dear Nobody Project,
The artist’s other projects also related to
the envelopes and letters which are old and worn. According to artist’s
statement, these main objects are the antithesis of our digital society. She depicted the details of folded, tore edges of paper, traces of time, and nostalgic reminders of things that no longer exist. From the personal messages and traces, observers could identify "relationships that were maintained across distances and referential dialogues extending through many years."
